Process of ordering goods
When you have selected your items, proceed to the checkout. Here you will either log in as an existing customer or create an account as a new customer. Follow the options giving as much information as possible until you come to terms and conditions – read this page very carefully before accepting.
Simply confirm the purchase and we will either reserve your items if you have chosen the pick up from store option or post your goods if you’ve chosen the home delivery service.
When you have ordered your items online, you will receive an email confirming your order – please check this carefully and if any changes are required then please contact the store.
We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time and in this situation we will contact you within 24 hours with an explanation.
In the unfortunate event of an item being out of stock we will telephone or e-mail to discuss how you wish to proceed. An alternative or refund will be processed if we cannot contact you within 3 days.
All items ordered for home delivery will be normally delivered within 3 working days, however over the Christmas and New Year period there may be slight delays with parcel deliveries – unfortunately we cannot specify days or times although deliveries normally occur Monday to Friday and between the hours of 7am and 6pm.
Unless otherwise stated, all deliveries will be made to the address provided when ordering. We are not responsible for any additional lifting or carrying of your goods.
Deliveries are only available to UK mainland addresses, Customers living in more rural areas should note that some delivery services may not be available. In this instance you will be contacted within 24 hours of the order being placed. We regret that we are unable to deliver to the Scottish Islands, Highlands, Isles of Scilly, Jersey, Guernsey or Isle of Man addresses at the standard delivery charges. Please contact the Store and a separate quotation for delivery will be provided.
Click and Collect
When collecting your Items from store, please bring your e-mail confirmation with you, we may also need you to present valid I.D such as Driving License or Passport.
Please note all items will be held in store for a maximum 14 days. After this time your order will be cancelled.
If in the event you do change your mind on your purchase then you have 28 days to return your Item/s to store for a full refund. The item must be in a saleable condition when returned in order for a refund to be issued.
There is no charge for returning your Items to the store, when purchasing items using our Home Delivery Service, returning products and any cost involved is your responsibility.
If a product you purchase is faulty then please contact the store, we may offer a repair, exchange or refund as appropriate in accordance with your consumer rights. Call the store on 01900 827282 to make the necessary arrangements. Please note that any Item returned without prior knowledge may not be refunded.
If any items purchased have an extended guarantee then please fill in the relevant documentation and notify the manufacturer of your purchase. There are some manufacturers who take responsibility of servicing electrical items from the date of purchase.
