If in the event you do change your mind on your purchase then you have 28 days to return your Item/s to store for a full refund. The item must be in a saleable condition when returned in order for a refund to be issued.
There is no charge for returning your Items to the store, when purchasing items using our Home Delivery Service, returning products and any cost involved is your responsibility.

If a product you purchase is faulty then please contact the store, we may offer a repair, exchange or refund as appropriate in accordance with your consumer rights. Call the store on 01900 827282 to make the necessary arrangements. Please note that any Item returned without prior knowledge may not be refunded.

To return a product to us please ensure it is well packaged and contains your order number either on or inside the parcel and a reason as to why you no longer want the product. Once we get the product back, we will then issue a refund as long as it’s in a saleable condition. The return address is as follows:

If any items purchased have an extended guarantee then please fill in the relevant documentation and notify the manufacturer of your purchase. There are some manufacturers who take responsibility of servicing electrical items from the date of purchase.
