The Stellar 7000 S7C1D 5 Piece Set represents superb quality and innovative design at an affordable price. The Stellar 7000 range of cookware is made from premium stainless steel, with cast handles, and a polished finish on the outside of the pans.
The Stellar 7000 26cm frying pan has a Teflon Platinum Plus non-stick coating. It is important to note that the non-stick coating is DuPont Teflon, PFOA free.
The pans in the Stellar 7000 S7C1D 5 Piece Set all have a thick hot forged base which gives excellent heat distribution, suitable for all hobs including induction, and they have well designed pouring lips. The shatterproof glass draining lids provide good visibility, fit well, and have a wide band around the edge with small holes on one side and large holes on the opposite side to make draining really easy. The other clever aspect of this design is that you can control how much steam is released by turning the lid – when the straining holes are aligned with the pouring lips steam can easily escape but as the lid is turned they are closed off against the side of the pan and the lid becomes more like a standard saucepan lid.
